Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees
You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Quirky Chic Boutique strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees
Quirky Chic Boutique does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details
To start your return on your purchase from Quirky Chic Boutique, please contact us at quirkychicbout@gmail.com

When return is approved you will place the item securely in in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the provided address after emailing.

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Quirky Chic Boutique will process your return. Please allow at least 3 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Quirky Chic Boutique will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
